Nice rooms and location
According to the room rate, I feel satisfy with all provided amenities except the free parking facility.
I liked not having cable on my last night. I liked being awoken by a staffer who wanted to clean my room as I napped before dinner. They chose not to do the cleaning after I walked by them, going out for the day, seven hours earlier. I liked not having lights in most of the room. I especially enjoyed the lack of toilet paper on day one. It was truly appreciated that nobody at the front desk called the police as drunk guests created a commotion in front of the hotel at 2am. The greatest attribute of this hotel was to continually remind one that it was a holiday weekend, hence no ability to fix issues.
The location to the train station
Clean room with basic amenities and comfortable bed. The location is great: very close to Berri UQAM metro station and a short walk to rue St Catherine.

The room was comfortable and quiet. It is in a great location near the gay village and the Metro stop. It was a great hotel for the money we paid. It also offered a free continental breakfast which is always a nice bonus when travelling.

Terrible service
Excellent location in Quartier Latin, within walking distance of most sites in Montreal. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equiped. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. There was free continental breakfast.

The location is perfect , easy access to the Metro and buses .
